The Barnacle is a great place to visit in Coconut Grove that is easily
missed since the park's entrance is inconspicuously located on Main
Hwy. It only costs $1 on the honor system to visit the park and go on
a tour of the Munroe house built in 1891.

My favorite part of The Barnacle park is the lush green backyard that
overlooks Biscayne Bay and has an old Florida tropical hammock
environment.

If you're going to be in the Miami area (specifically in Coral Gables
or Coconut Grove), I highly recommend a visit. Afterward, you can go
shopping at the really nice CocoWalk complex.
