Can you please tell me who is in a position to get off his dead behind
and come up witth some sort of a NATIONAL STANDARD POLICY for the
duration of the YELLOW CAUTION LIGHT- in order to prevent the national
epidemic of DANGEROUS, short yellow caution light, revenue enhancing,
POLICE TRAPS as described at this website message board:
