Hi all- I'm looking for a site on the Suwanee where I camped once,
about... 1988. The site had a boat ramp at the end of a long dirt road,
and sat about 15 feet above the river. About 75-100 ft. from the
campsite was a gully formed by a small spring that sat another 100 feet
back in the woods, and where the gully met the river was a big, bad rope
swing. I THINK it was near Dowling Park, but research on boat ramps and
springs in the area hasn't turned anything up. Thanks in advance for any
help! |
