Ylanan, however, said that the suspect violated Section 10 of the Special
Law Protecting Children against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination.=20

The section states that =93any person who shall keep or have in his compan=

a minor, twelve years or under or who is 10 years or more his junior in
any public or private place, hotel, motel...or similar places shall suffer=

the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum period or a fine of not less
than P50,000.=94=20

The section exempts only people related to the minor.=20
