Email from a San Bernardino Police source:

Good News-- OES has officially advised us that Officer Rogers and his 2
friends have been found alive. SBPD would like to thank everyone for their
thoughts and prayers.

The party of 3 had not returned from the trip on Monday PM as expected, and
the Sierras had a sizeable storm.
