A few of my buddies and I went to the New Times Original Beerfest in
Ft Lauderdale earlier this month. We didn't plan ahead so the ticket
prices were $25 each at the event entrance. They claimed to have over
150 different kinds of beer available to sample. I don't doubt that,
but we probably tried a small shot of just a dozen or so. Our
favorites were Polar from Venezuela and Land Shark.

It was a good time and definitely worth the money. Next year I'd like
to see what kind of experience the $50 VIP ticket offers.
