I am thinking about staying in one of the Monaco Suites at Monte Carlo
Hotel. Can anyone give me comments or opinions on the Monte Carlo.
Also, has anyone tried the $20 upgrade trick here? I successfully used it
at Paris and Mirage, but have not heard about success at the Monte Carlo.
