Witam
Opracowuję metodę wykrywania białek o masie powyzej 10
kDa z hydrolizatu. Ta metoda musi zapewnić bardzo dobry
rozdział,
gwarantować powtarzalność oraz szybkość. Moja
uwagę zwróciły zestawy do filtracji z membranami
przepuszczającymi selektywnie białka o masie do 10 kDa. Mam
nastepujace pytania:
1.Jaka efektywnosc rozdzialu bialek do 10 kDa od powyzej 10 kDa daje
filtracja przez membrany?
2.Jakie jest najbardziej optymalne cisnienie oraz steżenie do
rozdzialu
bialek? |

This came out as a mess. You need to post in plain text, with an ASCII
font. It is difficult to determine what language this is. For me, anyway.
"Witam" is not a word Babelfish recognizes. (I get a number of web sites
with ".pl" as a country code, which may be Poland?)

The "#nnn:" values are special characters from
the native language which were not translated
to English characters. This was probably intended
as an internal memo at school or work that wound up
getting posted.
