Here's another incremental release [hazaa!]. I've fixed my modular inverse,
added quite a few other functions. I'd still call this "beta" software but
it seems to be working fairly well so far. Still quite a few functions to
add but I've got quite a few done already.

For those who don't know... LibTomPoly is my free public domain open source
Polynomial Basis [e.g. PB] library. It's based on LibTomMath and provides
the extra functionality [that wasn't well suited in LTM]. So far the
library is very new but supports quite a few functions. I'm open to
suggestions of new things to add, update, change, etc.
