I have added the GF(P) stuff to ECB. It can now generate curves over
both field types: GF(2^N) and GF(P).
For the most paranoid, there is a dialog box that allows to get some
true random bits by scribbling with the mouse.
And, yes, there is a 'GISA' option. In fact, the user can choose the
minimal class number in the range 1..512.
