Guess they think that making "low carb" cookies was an option. Hmmmm,
sad. I rather would like to see lower carb cookies.

The popularity of low carb is going down fast. I work at a store and
recently had to send back a lot of low carb candy because they were
approaching expiration and were just not selling.

I'm a "smart carber' and use those without refined sugar or starch that
is hard to digest for people with gut diseases.
My carbs are found in nuts, honey, fruit and vegetables. I do not use
rice, potatoes, soy, grain or refined sugar. I believe if I did not
have Celiac Disease I would still choose to eat the same way after five
years on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet.
