I have a question I usually try and keep my calorie intake to 800 to 1000 calories a day. I workout I run 5miles a day and do aerobic classes. It seems like every couple weeks I gain and I am not sure why. I have quit smoking about 5 months ago so I have really tried to watch what I eat and keep up with my exercise programs. Mainly so I won't gain weight after I quit smoking. Why does this happen every couple weeks I seem to gain a couple pounds then I will loose and cut back more on my calories. It seems like I have to cut back more and more.
