I would appreciate any pointers to understanding how to build a lens
system to move the apparent image for a microdisplay located a few
centimeters from the eye to an apparent distance of several feet or
possibly out to infinity. The purpose is to get the eye out of the near
field working distance to reduce eye fatigue and problems with aging
eyes. Commercial units seem to locate the image somewhere between 18 and
24 inches which is too close. TIA.
