Can anyone tell me how do i get some paper on how ammeter was invented
,what was the creation?I mean how it was discovered?i need papers on
it?
and name of some very fundamental and basic books to understand it

For the background, Cajori's _A History of Physics in its Elementary
Branches Including the Evolution of Physical Laboratories_ is a great
source and readable. World Book and Britannica Encylopedias are ok.
For basic understanding, try any good beginning Electronics Technology
(not EE)textbook, such as by Mark Hazen or T. Floyd (not as good at
basic explanation, imho). First year Physics books are also good
sources of information on the fundamentals.
