hi,
I am currently pursuing a subject in relevence to hetrojunction
physics , I am unable to locate any literature in this regards. It
would be very kind of you to help me in this regards.
any matter in relevence to quantum well devices or velocity modulated
transistor would be of indespensible help

IEEE Electron Devices journal is a good place to start. Follow the
footnotes for other relevant journals.
