a PESSIMIST looks at the glass and says it is half empty.

a OPTIMIST looks at the glass and says it is half full.

a PRAGMATIST looks at the glass and says it has just the right amount.

A pragmatist will try to figure out how they can use the half they
have to get the other half.

And I would say the glass is simply twice as big as necessary.
