Gravitational time and matter time come together. Where there is empty
space with lowest gravity there is fastest time. Empty space and time
is always ready to be filled. There really is no empty space because
time is always there. Though the meaning of space-time comes from the
mattter ocupying it. A clock has the property of time as a measurng
rod has the property of space. Time for matter runs slower because of
matter's motion slowing its clock. And since there is nothing at
absolute rest motion through space departs to matter always a slowing
time from "the fastest" time.

My favorite meaning is matter time. A clock has the property of time
that it measures.
