can anyone tell me the difference (of behavior?) between sphyingosine
and monoglycerides at a physiological PH?
I am a vet student dealing with an organic chem and biochem exam an I
am struggling with a couple of questions which might show up during
the exam
thanks in advance

Well, one thing is to look at the ionizable groups.
Why not post what it is you want to know, rather than a vague
question. It is easier to address something more specific.
