Personally, I don't think ANY comment by her or her husband isn't
well thought out toward her political advantage. I've been thinking
right along that she's staying in, dragging out this campaign, while
hoping for something to happen to Senator Obama. I don't trust the
Clintons, either of them, to not resort to dirty tricks to get back
into the White House.

WOW! That is almost a "call to arms" isn't it? What a bitch! They really
will go to any lengths to win. But like we have said, if she was VP he would
need a food taster and body armor.

((Judity, did you happen to see Keith Olbermann's commentary on her
statement? ))

Oh, I sure did since I made a point of watching him to see how he'd
take her comments. To say he was angry at what she said and has done
during her campaign is putting it mildly. I'd forgotten some of the
items she had been forgiven for until he started listing them.

For anybody who didn't watch him on MSNBC, you should check out the
YouTube link Anne provided. I don't always agree with him, but I
think this time he said what many of us have been thinking.

Neither did I, Anne. Do you think Senator Kennedy was aware of this

Nope, my mistake. She attended Wellesley. Obama will be
speaking at Wesleyan. Sorry about that.

I wouldn't be surprised, but that probably wasn't his primary consideration
at the moment. Or, at least, I wouldn't think so.

You're welcome (it would have been pretty funny if it had been
Wellesley <g>).

I agree. She stated a fact. My feeling is that the Republicans think they
have a better chance of beating Obama and are adding fuel to the fire, or
may have even started the fire. The statement was not made in a speech or
large gathering either--just to defend her position of remaining in the
contest. She said the same thing some time ago, and nobody said anything
then!

Bob, I would 100% agree with you if I had not been with Clinton fans at the
Caucus. They came in spitting angry and some down right hateful with
behavior that shocked me. This was the FIRST caucus back in February here in
Washington. I was knocked off my feet at how a majority of them acted and
some of the things that came out of their mouths. Also there are a lot of
wackos in this country especially in some of the nether corners of our
states (all states) -- All they need is a hint of an idea -- a word to click
them off and it would be like a word from their "leader". It sounds weird
but a good portion of this country is stupid, you have to agree with that
fact, or we wouldn't be in the mess we are. I mean, we vote because it's a
woman, we vote because he's a black. We vote because we strictly follow the
party even if we hate the candidate and what they stand for (like robots).
YIKES! We have some scary folks around here! I am happy of those in my
family and friends circle and have to admit have shook my head when I run in
to others. I pray the "others" are shrinking, but sadly I don't think so.

Well, this Republican thinks that McCain wouldn't have a chance in you know
