Listeros,

As soon as I posted the short article from EurekAlert on the seaweed
discovery at Monte Verde, National Geographic posted a longer article
on the discovery and this article reveals that the Monte Verde
inhabitants were sustained by a variety of sea borne life and that the
radio carbon dating of the seaweed matches Dillehay's earlier radio
carbon dating on the human artifacts he found at the site re-
confirming its age for any doubters left.

I've seen seaweed used as fertiliser...
