I would like to analyse some data (example below) using a repeated
measures ANOVA (currently I am using Statistica, but I also have
access to SPSS and Minitab).
I have only one subject ie. one lake. In this lake, samples were
taken many times in each year at a particular location. My null
hypothesis is that there is no difference in phosphorus from the time
before a species was present in the lake (coded 1) and the time after
a species was present in the lake (coded 2). Statistica only allows
the selection of more than one dependent variable (which is
phosphorus) as does SPSS I think so I cant analyse the data as I would
like. I think it is a problem with the way I am laying out the data.
Advise and helpful insights welcome. Thanks, Mick
