Hi All,
Testing with an actual corpus would be much more reliable than eye-
balling the [C++] code and saying, "Hmm...I guess this is more or less
correct." :)

This file:
ftp://ftp.rsasecurity.com/pub/pkcs/pkcs-1/pkcs-1v2-1-vec.zip
contains test vectors for RSA, with both OAEP (encryption) and PSS
(signature) paddings.
