Just wondering, what is the source of all the digital Dr. Bate's material
that appears in this group? Sometimes called "The Book". |

Dom, you can find most of it online at www.central-fixation.com/bettereyesight.htm.
I refer to it as 'The Book' just as a joke, of course. By which I
mean, The Cure of Imperfect Sight Without Glasses. You can find that
book on the same website.
