Hello,

is there a name for the properties P of commutative unitary rings
which satisfy the equivalence
(All localizations at prime ideals have got property P <----> The ring
has got property P) ?
For example "reduced" should be such a property.

Thanks,
S.

Such a property P can be called a _local_ property as P can be checked
in the local rings of the ring R.
