In either the really late 60s or early 70s there was a TV show on, set
in late 1800s I guess.... The show was about a group of kids, 6 I think,
who were parent-less. The oldest brother was sort of the "dad" and the
oldest sister the "mom".
Anyone know what show I'm talking about?
I sooooo need the name.
I want to stay The McBrides but I can't find anything on the net re that
name... |

I haven't spent much time here at all, really ... just now and then ...
don't confuse Chuck in Mahnomen with Chuck in Minot (who I remember from
here before but haven't seen lately?).
But, if you have the right Chuck, I've just been busy trying not to go
bankrupt with this poorly compensated line of work and not lose the new
(old) house out here in The Sticks. I think the last time I spent any
time on here at all was a few years back, I think, before I ended up in
the hospital with NF; lots changed for me about that time.
Speaking of time, I'm due for a defrag ... wish it were as easy to
defrag one's life as it is the hard drive, LOL.

I would like to have a disc cleanup that would eliminate all the unnecessary
trivia in my brain to allow more disk space for the important stuff that
takes me way too long to find any more.

You and me both, Barb! I also wish I had one to clean out the extra bedroom
in my apartment that has become a storage room.
I got an e-mail yesterday from one of the local Obama campaigns, asking if
people had office equipment/furniture they could use, but I just didn't have
the guts to call and ask if they needed a fax machine that would send but
not receive...which is the sort of "indispensable" item living in my extra
bedroom/storage room!
