The URL I used to use for KMT (http://www.egyptology.com/kmt/) now
demands a password, which I don't have and see no way of applying for.
Does anyone know where on the 'Net the magazine has moved to ? I'd
like to take advantage of subscribing on-line, which I 'm sure you
used to be able to do.
with thanks,

Hello Dee:
I used the same URL you posted above and was automatically connected to
their site with the various past KMT "indexes" (contents pages) as
before, so I can't understand why your are getting a prompt for a
"password," as I certainly didn't need to supply one.
At any rate, if you wish to subscribe to KMT, you cannot do that online,
but have to print out their subscription form and mail it is with
payment. The subscription form can be found here:
http://www.egyptology.com/kmt/sublong.html
If you continue to have problems, e-mail me offlist [note spam killer in
e-mail address] and I will get you in touch with Greg Reeder or someone
at KMT.
HTH.

Thank you so much for your reply. How strange - I just tried the URL
tonight and now it works ! And yet for two days running I tried it on
my home Mac, my work PC and even mailed it to a colleague who also was
prompted for a password.
I've got a sub form from the latest issue of KMT and just thought I'd
save time if I could subscribe on-line. Oh well....
best regards,
