I have been on bright light therapy for a week now for Delayed Sleep
Phase Syndrome. It is working. My problem is that my vision is getting
blurry and whenever I look at anything bright now that visual image of
what I looked at sticks in my eyes and I can even close my eyes and
look away and the imprint is still there(that fades after like 30
minutes). The light I am using is a 10,000 lux light I got off amazon.
Anyways, I still need to continue maintenance, and I am hoping that
the blurriness is just a temporary side effect. Does anyone have any
information about that? Thanks,

The solution to your problem is sunning.
Sunning is a relaxation technique whereby the patient closes his eyes
and looks towards the sun. Do not squint any more than necessary while
doing this. Allow the warmth to flow through your mind. Relax.
After sunning you should palm until the after images have died away.
Palming is where a person closes his eyes and holds his hands crossed
over his eyes.
You can do this sitting down, resting your elbows on your knees.
This combination of palming/sunning should be performed 3 times a day
at least.
You shall soon find the blurriness side affect has disappeared, and
along with that, your vision has become sharper and effortless.

your mind free reign over your eyes - do not try to be their
controller.

A combination of five minutes palming/sunning should be performed 3
times a day, though it will do your eyes no harm to do more.

If they offer you a beverage, I wouldn't take it. |
