Is there any formal rule of "quantisation of any system" whether its a
particle (single or many) or field.Should we think about quantising
nonholonomic system or its just that nonholonomic systems occur in
claasical relm. Anyway nature is already quantum so its the general
approch that we can apply to all quantisation problem.

The answer is both yes and no, i.e. there are formal rules, but there
are many competing approaches. Mathematical Physicists have thought a
lot about this problem and come up with things that go by the names
Mackey quantization, phase-space quantization, deformation
quantization, geometrical quantization, path integral quantization,
categorical quantization, and probably a few more I haven't thought
of. Categorical quantization is supposed to be the most general and
subsumes most of them apart from perhaps path integral quantization,
which is a more recent development, but you do need to know some
category theory to understand what that is all about. Most of these
