I am the one that has instances of getting a little dizzy. My heart
rate stays in the 50's all day usually. I had two 24 hour monitors
that showed short runs of supra ventricular tarcardia. Doctor said
dont worry about it.

Continued to have symtoms and wore a 30 day monitor. I did not have
alot of epsiodes while wearing the monitor.

Went back for results. Doctor said I had a few instances of atrial
tarcardyia.

Today went to the dentist and they took my blood pressure. It was 54.

I was thinking maybe taking milk of magnesia every day might mess with
one's heart.

I had a normal echo and treadmill last year. Doctor does not seem to
be concerned but I am wondering. I was looking at my blood pressure
chart and it averaged in the 70's and 80's until June of 2004. Then it
was in the 60's and now 50's. Blood pressure is usually normal,
sometimes a little high.

Would suggest you ask your doctor(s) to check your thyroid panel if
this has not aleady been done. Low thyroid hormone can cause
constipation leading to the need for milk of magnesia daily and can
cause a low heart rate.
