Hamamatsu doesn't seem to have any info like this on its Web site.

I'm fairly sure I've figured it out but need to confirm wiring of
existing PCB.

Hamamatsu have (had) a .pdf catalog which lists this pmt

Pinout is pin 1 is DY1
pin 2 is DY3
pin 3 is DY5
pin 4 is DY7
pin 5 is DY9
pin 6 is P
pin 7 is DY10
pin 8 is DY8
pin 9 is DY6
pin 10 is DY4
pin 11 is DY2
pin 12 is IC
pin 13 is K
