After this camcorder powers up, whether its in VCR or CAM mode there
is an initial "dinging" sound that lasts about 3 seconds and then it
displays a flashing up arrow very close to the center of the
viewfinder. Also on the upper right side it flashes C:31:22. It will
not respond to any function buttons. Does anyone know what this
