I have two non-increasing monotonic time series curves. How does one
go about deciphering the point at which they intersect?

Any references: articles, books etc. would be useful.

Very interesting problem. I might be interested in examining the
"curves" or better yet the actual data used to construct "the curves".
I would think that the two predictive equations could be solved to
identify possible intersect points..... If you wish you can either post
the data or a web-site where the data exists ...or send it directly to
me.
