This is not worded strongly enough (below).

Yelmini is a completely untrustworthy person and the precisely the
wrong
person to oversee the corrupt State police. This is an extraordinarly
dangerous
condition for Corrupticut citizens, as is Rell's choice for the new
head of the
DAS.
That person, Anne Gnazzo, worked in DCF-Rowlandgate Office of Policy
and Management, the head of which at that time, Marc S. Ryan, with the
drunken
slut Ragaglia, wrote the DCF-Rowlandgate racketeering bills, and
everyone
should look closely at the language:

"RESPONSE FROM ADMINISTRATION/AGENCY:

Michael W. Kozlowski, Secretary and Marc S. Ryan, Deputy Secretary,
Office of Policy and Management - testified in support of the
Governor's
proposal.
****The proposed increases in spending are attributed to higher than
expected
spending requirements in federal entitlement programs (Medicaid and
Temporary
Family Assistance), ****

- - -
DCF took away more children in order to be eligible for the federal
TANF money,
which they then used to take away more children.

DCF defrauded the federal taxpayers of the TANF money:
http://www.ctkidslink.org/publications/welf04careensum12.pdf
See page 7. DCF got $113.7 million in one year but did not give this
money to the families.

Rowlandgate was clearly about ripping off more kids to provide
the income to all the players, including the criminal ho Laura Lustig
who has as her second in command, a former DCF commissioner
and also has a contract- MANAGED BY DAS- to actually train the
DCF lying morons to be lying morons.

This is triply a crime, since Lustig does not know the first thing
about brains. I had to *give* her the scientific journal articles,
She and Yale's Patricia Leebens then defrauded the court over
the custody of my children with that very data:
http://www.actionlyme.org/SCIENTIFIC_JOURNAL_ARTICLES_PSYCHOTROPICS_INDUCED_BRAIN_DAMAGE.htm

THEY FLIPPED OUT.

Criminals who "work" for the State are rewarded with the opportunity
to commit more crimes. That is why Rell is so dangerous. She knows
exactly what she is doing to feed this Meatgrinder, since she is not
capable of creating more industry. She does not know how.

Rell is not intelligent enough to see what industries we need to
attract and how to do it. Instead, she thinks we need more cops and
"social workers." None of this is productive and when the US economy
collapses, which may occur before the end of 2008, Corrupticut will
suffer
the greatest chaos.

Is Rell a civil engineer? Your answer is in her new appointments to
these commissions. As I predicted, Rell has demonstrated that her
administration will be DCF-Rowlandgate II.

The New World Order NAZIs are not going to win. It is a physical
impossibility.
http://www.actionlyme.org/ECONOMOTHERMODYNAMICS_OF_AMERISRAELI_STUPIDITY.htm
We desperately needed smart people since 2000 when Gore beat Bush
but we lost our final opportunity, then, due to a crime committed by
these very same NAZIs - who employ Rell and give her her instructions.

Republicans believe that a person's hardship is their own stupid
fault. This is not Christ's criteria:
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=matthew%2025;&version=49;

It is diabolical. And yet that is the Republican dogma. That is the
basis
for all their decisions: "DON'T HELP ANYONE."

Mrs. Rell's Unsettling Choice

December 27 2006

Gov. M. Jodi Rell's appointment of Linda Yelmini to head up the state
police's
internal affairs division is troubling.

Ms. Yelmini, 56, a lawyer, is evidently capable. Prior to her latest
appointment as a deputy commissioner of public safety, she led the
Department of Administrative Affairs for two years and, before that,
the Office
of Policy and Management's labor relations office. But she is also
aggressively
and resolutely political.

As special counsel to the State Ethics Commission, Ms. Yelmini helped
orchestrate the 2004 firing of that now-disbanded agency's executive
director,
Alan Plofsky. Mr. Plofsky was a prominent critic of former Gov. John G.

Rowland's conduct and his official opinions contributed to Mr.
Rowland's
resignation. Mr. Plofsky's firing was nothing less than a political
beheading.
It was overturned by an appeals board that could find no legal or
factual basis
for his dismissal.

In December 2004, Ms. Yelmini wrote a letter on behalf of the ethics
panel
apologizing for an illegal, secret meeting. This year, Ms. Yelmini was
among 13
state agency heads and three deputies fined by the state Elections
Enforcement
Commission for distributing invitations to subordinates for a political
fundraiser. None of the commissioners admitted guilt.
Ms. Yelmini, however, has been especially defiant, saying she acted as
"nothing
more than a postman" in delivering the invitations on the "direct
order" of M.
Lisa Moody, Ms. Rell's chief of staff.

Soliciting money from state employees for political purposes - on
taxpayers'
time - is illegal. As a lawyer and ranking administrator, Ms. Yelmini
would be
expected to know that. She should also know that, in the context of the

workplace, it's a coercive and corruptive practice.

As head of internal affairs, Ms. Yelmini will oversee reform of a
system so
flawed as to threaten the integrity of the state police. On Dec. 4, the
New York
State Police and Attorney General Richard Blumenthal issued a 200-page
independent report describing misconduct, favoritism and improper
influence in
the handling of cases.

The report is a scathing indictment of individual troopers as well as
top
managers.

It's a tough assignment - one that demands leadership that is
uncompromising,
scrupulously fair and beyond reproach. In discussing her new
assignment, Ms.
Yelmini said, "I am tough, but I am fair."
Her record indicates otherwise.
