Gansu Jiuquan OK Seed Machinery Co.,Ltd.http://www.woksm.com is a
professional high-tech enterprise first involved in developing and
producing seed processing machinery in China. It is a standing member
of China Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers, the first
vice director-general of Seed & Grain Processing Equipment Branch and a
"Top 100 Projects" science & technology enterprise in Gansu. With
the import & export right, it distributes its products both home and
abroad. The company has 2 R&D centers in Lanzhou and Jiuquan, 6
branches in machine work, sheet metal, structure, digital control,
surface treatment and general assembly and 3 wholly owned & holding
subsidiaries: Lanzhou OK Electromechanical Engineering
Technology Co.,Ltd., Jiuquan Aotai Switch Co.,Ltd. and Jiuquan
Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.. With 200 sets of large
machining equipments, it has invested 3 million yuan in building a top
sheet metal digital control processing centre in the industry to
realize the production digitalization, shorten the new product
development cycle and improve the product quality.
The company now has 286 employees including 54 technicians
involved in seed processing technology research and product
development, an expert awarded the special allowance by State
Department, 2 Gansu provincial
333 Engineering Talents", 6 senior engineers, 25 engineers, 4
graduate students and 2 well-known experts in the industry. All product
developments adopt two-dimension & three-dimension CAD and PDM systems.
The annual R&D expense accounts for over 5% of the sales income, and
the sales income of new products for over 70% of the total income.
Numerical Control Equipment Since the national implementation of
"9th 5-year plan"- "Seed Engineering" , the company has
supplied more than 250 sets of seed processing equipments for the seed
engineering implementation of the country. Its products are sold all
over China, and further to countries like Israel and Cuba. Dunhuang
Seeds Co.,Ltd., a listed company, is the biggest seed processing
industrial park in China which has 4 whole process seed processing
production lines: design, production, installation and debugging. They
form the biggest complete set in seed processing at present in China.
The seed production line designed, installed and debugged for Denghai
Seeds Co.,Ltd. is the most complete seed processing equipment at
present in China. In these years, it has extensively cooperated and
communicated with fellow traders of many countries, such as Germany,
France, America, Denmark, Austria and so on. Moreover, it has signed an
agreement about joint production & distribution seed processing
machinery with PETKUS Company of Germany and DAMAS Company of Denmark,
which lays a good base for promoting the product technology up to the
international level.
Adhering to a serving tenet of "users first", the company has
set up a complete before, on and after sales service system. With a
sales service network spread all over China, it has taken the lead in
issuing "Quality Assurance Statement" to users in Oct. 1996.
Moreover, it has been awarded " China Creditable Brand with
Outstanding Quality and Service" in 2002.
