Anyone who really thinks they know how aliens think[1] is doing some
really heavy speculating and likely some self-deception as well.
No-fly list? Hmmm...
[1] The one possible exception would be humans - because as soon as we
leave earth (or perhaps the earth-moon system), _we_ are aliens.
