In previous posts, I have provided many links that show that while the
fully-built nukes and blue prints were given to Pakistan by China, it
was paid for using Saudi Arab finances. The understanding being that
Pakistan will provide the bomb to S.Arabia, while S.Arabia will provide
front-line US technology like AWAC (S.Arabia's E3 planes), Electronics,
radar, etc to be sold back to China for copying and re-engineering.
China was also the instigator in this gameplan, and encouraged
Pakistan/Saudi Arabia of sponsership of radical Islamic philosophy
across the world, using fronts such as Al'Qaeda, etc.
The Chinese goal being, to open as many fronts as possible against the
United States, so USA will exhuast itself rushing from fire to fire:

Pakistan recently tested the Chinese cruise missile renamed as "Babur".
This is nothing but a Chinese re-engineered Tomahawk cruise missile, of
which an unexploaded one was retrieved by Pakistan and given to China,
during US targetting of Osama's bases in Afghanistan.
Chinese encouragement and facilitation of Pakistan to use AQ Khan to
transfer nukes and ICBMs to any and all anti-US regimes and
organizations across the world, is also a part of this strategy. And
now China is creeping into South America, using Venezuela, Brazil, etc
as lauching pads for a global anti-American campaign

It would explain why the Saudi's bought those IRBM's from China.
