Can prion in solution be classified as receptive or assertive based on it's
reponse to polarized light and filters? Is it rotatory in a cuvette or are more
sophisticated techniques required.
The reason I ask is I'd like to show some students the "reaction", which is one
way and irreversible at room temperature. Did I get at least some of this
right? A color change under polarized light would be a great demonstration, as
assertive prion in solution was titrated into receptive prion solution.
I also can say I have a suitable video camera with microphone for a small video
recording; a Canon S110.
Unable to cross post. Current thread here "handle on pots, rivets, & strength".

glucocorticoids are the ones drawing up blueprints for new aircraft carriers;
epinephrine is the one handing out guns. |
