hey guys i need some help how do you determine the noble gas of an element. For example the noble gas for AL (13) is neon.

The first thing you do is you read your textbook. The second thing you
do is to ask yourself what it is about the electron configurations of noble
gases that makes them "noble." The third thing to do is to look at a
periodic table of the elements and to see if you can find any correlations
between what you found out in steps 1 and 2 and what you see in the periodic
table in front of you.
