Similar phraseology appears in an unrelated quote from a Georgia (USA)
writer or orator dated after Stalin's death.

It ain't Stalin so once again rightarded dupes have swallowed, hook,
line and sinker, some bottom fishing put out by medical insurance
other corp. shills, probably after Obama was elected.

It isn't so much medicine, as it is in giving up managing your own
affairs. That way lies tyranny.

Health insurance is only a part of that, of course.

There's no constitutional basis for a government-run health insurance

Not that you care...now.

That should be "after Lenin's death." The winger dingers are
currently attributing it to Lenin.

A few years ago they were attributing it to Marx.

Maybe Lenin sounds scarier than Marx.

After the OP I found a good discussion when it was being attributed to
Marx.

Someone scholarly type pointed out that Marx would have no reason to
say that since Marxist theory isn't about sneaking the camel's nose
under the tent. The same would hold for Lenin. Keyword search
Lenin's work for a few minutes and you'll quickly realize that Lenin's
big thingy was adapting Marxism to Russian peasants.

The flowery "keystone/arch" phraseology isn't Russian but early 20th
Century Southern low brow -- today's rightargeted audience.
