AARP admits to being a BUSINESS, Hagar! They really only want to make
MONEY!

They will gladly sell you an auto insurance policy for DOUBLE what
GEICO will.

It's for THEIR KICKBACK!

I SHIT on THEM!

Yes.

Take your lumps, cut back, let house prices fall back to earth.

If credit became unavailable,  house prices would indeed fall back to
earth.  So would car prices, and a lot of other things.  We are living
now in a false economy of credit that inevitably will collapse sooner
or later.

Do you rejoice when the price of ramen soup goes up ? no, you don't.
So why rejoice when house prices ( or the DOW ) soar ? ! it's nuts.

Only because so many people own houses and stocks.  Now that I am no
longer invested in those things, I must confess that I watch with
great glee the tumbling of house prices and the DOW!

“Universal Healthcare” is an euphemism for:
“ lets hit the poorest with ever·more wage/excise taxes,

And yet the current "universal healthcare system" pays for itself
through excessive health insurance rates on those who carry the
insurance, which might be an employer, but in many cases are the
individuals themselves.  There needs to be a way to broaden the base
of support.  The conservative approach (and I don't think there are
many true conservatives around) would be to eliminate health insurance
altogether so that market forces could prevail in setting the price of
medicine.  With that and a few other changes, believe me we would see
a return to affordable health care costs.  The new leaner breed of
doctors would be willing to settle for a basket of eggs in payment,
and might even make house calls!

That money can be taxed, you know .  How come nobody today is
interested in a confiscatory windfall profits tax like we had back in
the 70's?  Unlike criminal laws, taxes can and have been imposed
retroactively too!

Last year ( 20'08 ) its  after·tax profit  was 45 giga·dollars

In California there are still residential garages worth more than most

uncovered moorage will now cost you nearly what the monthly cost of
what the boat is worth, and covered moorage can easily run 1+ times
the monthly cost of buying your boat/yacht.

Less than 10% of private boat/yacht owners can truly afford the fuel

That's only because they refused to listen to logic and to pay for
reasonable services from experienced folks similar to myself. The
common buy, own, operate, maintain and sell phases of a given boat/
yacht haven't changed, but those factors of these owners being easily
snookered and continually dumbfounded past the point of no return have
far exceeded my wildest dreams.

Almost everything about modern boat/yacht technology has gotten way to
gadget fussy and complex to safely or much less reliably and
efficiently utilize. 99% of those go-fast yachts hardly ever or
wouldn't dare go fast, and when they try it's either horrifically
spendy and/or stuff breaks or simply fails to function, not to mention
needlessly scaring others by essentially placing their lives at risk.
In other words, it's pretty much all for looks, not function.

My past arguments with clients to power-down and simplify matters are
all "should have been and could have been" sorts of "I told you
so's". Therefore, everyone lost (including myself). One of my most
recent Jewish clients that clearly was given way more loot than brains
had a pathetic little boat that wasn't safe at the dock, as well as
the dock itself was a piece of crap that perhaps only a Jew could
love, and his fancy looking home as a Lake Washington mansion was a
perfect example of what sorts of exotic outfitting, poor quality
workmanship and lack of maintenance not to do, and I could tell you
lots more about this turkey, as well about his silly boat and home(s),
but it only gets worse (especially if I include two of his kids).

Believe it or not, dickhead, some of us are still capable surviving
without freebies from the Government or any other support groups.
You losers couldn't function without a nanny union or federal
mandate to pay you monies you don't deserve. Teachers who can't
spell and are grammatically incompetent should not be able to retire,

Obama gave us a CHOICE: Buy health insurance or go to jail.

As the Health·Care Bill stands now (Sunday),
the penalty for not buying Health Insurance is
2.5 percent of your wages... it's another wage tax.

What happens if you don't pay your wage taxes ?

If you want less of something (i.e. jobs) just tax it more.

CHOICE, HOPE and DIGNITY have been reserved for Obama, no one else.
