Hi,
I read an article in the current issue of "Government Executive"
magazine in regard to the CIA. The article stated that due to the
current administration increased review and suspected political bias,
many senior CIA members have left the organization and this has left a
mentor gap for members who joined in 2001. My point is that any
organization needs to have mentors, and the observation coincides with
an article I read 9 months ago about the a gap middle officers in
various forms of service. The observations seems that current
administration policies could have an opposite side effect of change,
of creating a mentor gap.
