Proper title: "Dave Barry for Windoze users".
When he says "computer security",
he should say "Microsoft's inability to create a proper OS".
It's a shame that most folks think
that "security" means band-aids plastered all over the outside
rather than a core designed with proper layers of permissions.
....and, of course, "User Access Control"
is properly translated as "shift the blame onto the user".
It's also interesting how this was written in 2003
and M$ has had 2 more tries and still requires band-aids.
