What the general public doesn't know is that retail jobs are almost at
the lowest rung in the career ladder and that most retail employees
are trapped in their options. Few would enjoy having retail as a
career if other choices were available. Retailers like Home Depot have
the highest divorce and family break up rates, high suicide rates,
high bankruptcies, injuries, long term disabilities caused by job
rigors,etc |

Doesn't matter. Everyone's 401k is going to be completely worthless
soon. The Banksters and Robber Barons are busily raiding everything,
and everyone's savings will continue to vanish. That's what this
whole financial crisis is about. It's intentional destruction of the
middle class. |

It's completely indestructable.
There is a reason it has been so successful. |

What, the middle class? Hardly. Most are indentured servents.
Working their asses off, barely able to keep up on paying their debts.
Yes.
Hardly.
Try listing a single example of any middle class that has ever been destroyed.
Even communism did not do that, the most they ever did was drive
out most of the middle class to somewhere else in the world where
they continued to florish, just like they always do, regardless.
The middle class has survived EVERYTHING, the great depression,
countless wars, civil wars, pestulance and famine, the black death,
everything. And has produced almost every worthwhile advance in
society right thru to modern science and medicine and the industrial
revolution and the information revolution, and almost all technology.
Nope, that is not the middle class.
Working their asses off, barely able to keep up on paying their debts.
That is nothing like destroyed and isn't anything like real life for most of the middle class either.
The absolute vast bulk of them retire and live very comfortably indeed. |

Higherst divorce rate? Highest suicide rate? et al.
Please show us where these figures come from. But here is some
advice, if you don't like retail, don't apply for a job there. |
