There is a significant sub-principle (of Darwin's super-principle) to be
derived from an asymmetric sorting of the Evolutionary Pressure Totality
(in, and most directly relevant to, the phylogeny of fauna) into
environmental lifetime challenges that are potentially off-spring
originating (or, in other words, procreation promoting) and those
(environmental "selection pressures") that belong to a subcategory of
adverse environmental challenges that are physically inescapable whilst
also being anything from a persistent source of mere irritation to a
source of perceived threat and/or a source of actually incurred physical
injury and pain and/or psycho(physio)logical injury and pain.

The only additional fact of reality that needs to be incorporated into
the above content of a science-aligned philosophical awareness, in order
for it to amount to and qualify as a near enough EPT understanding, is:
The specific kind of learning/memories that automatically tend to be
"conditioned-in" by lifetime pressures that belong on the "adverse side"
of this dichotomy and that have become a far more crucially formative
factor in both the phylogeny and the ontogeny of the phenotype typical
of folk than it has become in the phylogeny and ontogeny of any other fauna.
