Introduction
The art of Leonardo da Vinci, and the music of Bach and Mozart,
are as priceless in Beauty, as are the value and vitality of
caring knowledge and the 'wisdom shaping future' of the Human
Rights Issues - borne as all these are, from the same spirit or
Soul. This issue, on 'Fine Particle Physics' (FPP) is part of
the Human Rights Issues.
I am endowed with so vast an amount of Spiritual Intelligence
(defined as having that much love for people, as - with love of
people motivating the intention and feeding the ability - to
seek out and connect to those data, that are the necessary and
the most vital to the subject or to the goal to achieve), so,
that I have regained the necessary understanding
so far ABOVE current "science" in all its areas, including also
the philosophies and religions of East and West, and of North
and South, that I am inconceivably FAR above those who are now
collectively seen as "Academia," or as "Nobel-Prizemia" if you
like to be more expressive,
in describing the global "science" community which floats on
the highest COMMON level of their intelligence (which is too
Insane and too much captive in malice, to describe it without
nausea) with their uncanny belief about themselves and about
their "sciences" "being scientific,"
because in their "sciences," they omit about ninety percent of
the AVAILABLE and VITAL data from ACTUAL Science - and the
remaining ten percent data they DO teach, learn and use, of
that half is wrong data or is reversing actual Science).

Thus a demanding burden of actual social understanding is put on
you - your (of course Spiritual) Intelligence has to be present
to some noticeable extent, which is when you can re-establish or
even maintain a good enough (sensible, spiritually sensing)
connection to yourself, to your own Soul, and to others as well
- and to me of course, as I am the author of what you read now -
for you to actually be able to study the following data,
with my vague and not entirely unfounded hope about you, that
you might possibly USE these data (or do show it to someone
else who will be using it),
a use that will vastly increase our Sanity, and will increase
all that goes with such (vast, true) Sanity - Sanity being a
very rare quality and commodity on Earth indeed, and though it
is more scarce than diamonds are, Sanity is rarely valued, and
even more rarely sought - with the result, that 'only you and I
have it.'

PART THREE
So here you have a complete and working instrument, to detect
WHO, which Criminal Mind(s), is (are) inflicting Harmful Altered
Life Energy Particles (HALEPs) onto or into parts of your body,
and at and into your soul - the BASIC and MOST Harmful Energy
PARTICLES inflicted, being Drug-Euphoria Energy, Ugliness
Energy, Unconsciousness Energy, and Hate-Pain Energy. And to
detect WHO, by means of the above Harmful and more insidious and
more clever Harmful Energy 'cocktails,' is pulling or smashing
your pure Life Energy away and destroying your control over your
body (resulting in the medical profession existing) and over
your thoughts and feelings and emotions and intentions and
desires (resulting in your suffering).
But you are far TOO Insane, to understand the above, let alone
to use it, plus the meter necessarily - to restore and increase
our Sanity. Criminal Minds have MADE you THAT Insane. (See HRI
'Definition of Insane' (DOI))
To understand the above, let alone to use it, plus the meter
necessarily - to restore and increase our Sanity, means hard and
constant work, and, despite the device for communicating having
been and kept glued tight by Criminal Minds and by their
"social" behavior, by the infliction of their Harmful Energies
on you, countering it means OPENING YOU MOUTH, meaning - instead
of being the "highly educated," cooped-up coward that you have
been made into - you TALK, WRITE, COMMUNICATE, so that more
sheep like you, do follow over the dam.
Don't let Criminal Minds ALL OF THE TIME determine ALL OF YOUR
FEELINGS, ALL OF YOUR INTENTIONS AND ALL OF YOUR ACTIONS AND THE
LACK THEREOF, including you TIREDNESS, or your UNCONSCIOUSNESS,
and your not less destructive BLINDNESS and STUPIDITY.
Here is an instrument to support seeing, sensing, knowing that,
what is the most vital to see and sense, in your almost full
Blindness and in your far too severe lack of Sense.
SIGNAL ACQUISITION

insulated bottom, glued to first can)
Because you want to work at high sensitivity - high
amplification - you have to adjust the variable resistors
(potentiometers) here constantly to maintain a level of slightly
over one Volt input, at the first stage Amplifier, while the
current through the skin of the hand palm, is in the order of
ten microampere. These are remnants of the old circuit of some
fifty years ago.
I have spent some time trying to install a High-Pass filter for
signals above two, five, etc. Hertz (filters of the active and
of the passive kind) in order to eliminate the DC (Direct
Current) component and thus to omit the constant adjusting, but
first experiments - which seemed to work fine in simulation -
did fail utterly, in physical reality, to pass required signals
on in a workable fashion. The resulting necessity of
experimenting, has currently been too time-consuming, to
continue.
It is debatable why I should spend my time at all, on something
you can also do, especially after I have explained the mechanism
and the requirements to you.
There are things regarding this instrument, that I should
probably do myself initially, but it is rather due to your vast
Insanity and your inconceivable Cowardice in refusing to handle
life on Earth, that I have constantly to handle other global
concerns, as the Insanity and refusal of yours to face Evil -
EVEN WHEN POINTED OUT BY ME TO YOU - demands much time and
attention on my part - by consequence of the lack of yours.
This you will notice from the widely varying subjects of the
Human Rights Issues, to handle life on Earth as it shows its
gravest Insanities, where it is an art in itself, to determine
which of the gravest Insanities (and which active Criminal
Minds) have to be addressed first, including those whom you do
not protect me from but who try - knowing their nature,
understandably - to block and destroy my work for you.

So I have also not really gotten around to other things, yet,
like establishing a conversion of the electrical signal into
sound, representing the fluctuations of Life Energy hitting
into, or emanating from the body and soul.
The fluctuations transformed into sound, can of course show much
more detail and many more patterns of signal data, because the
sound spectrum far exceeds the ability of other display systems
like a moving coil needle, or flickering LED's or LCD's, while
it is desirable instantly to convey complex data into very
understandable output.
But the sounds must have a humanly meaningful correlation to the
significance of the data; as there is, making up the signal: the
voltage's rate of change and pattern, and its spikes, and very
ugly patterns too, if expressed in sound, that represent the
great disharmony that results from
Harmful Altered Life Energy Particles hitting your body or soul
(like Energies intending to destroy you or to incapacitate parts
of or cause malfunction or diseased in or plainly murder your
body,
to instantly remedy which, you do carry a meter and immediately
investigate any attack on your body or on your soul, including
an intended stroke in your brain or the deadly Energy for an
attack on your heart - all of which is MALICIOUSLY DENIED in
medical "science" riddled with Criminal Minds as it is - or when
these Harmful Energies are being found to exist already
(inflicted in the past), and are felt and thus removed,
simplest just by looking at WHO inflicted these, or by any
'self-help' technique that addresses these but which does not
address, and always denies, WHO inflicted WHAT Harmful Energy on
you or on your body, because they consider you and themselves
too Cowardly to look at the source of the Evil Energies.
All 'self-help' techniques teach you NOT to face the source, NOT
finding out which Criminal Mind created and inflicted the
Harmful Energies, and NOT knowing which ARE Harmful Energies,
and which are not - you do remain as Insane as ever, though
temporarily relieved of some symptom or compulsion.
I believe I remarked it elsewhere, that YOU - without exception
- are inconceivably Insane, which Criminal Minds want you to
'feel ashamed of, IF YOU WOULD LOOK AT YOURSELF' (they call it
also "self-conscious" as if that would make you feel attacked by
them - which it does make you feel) SO THAT YOU WILL NOT TALK
ABOUT IT AND WILL NOT EXAMINE LET ALONE REMEDY IT:
A condition which the Criminal Minds do want you to believe is
"being normal," and Criminal Minds want you to defend your
condition even to others, as "you being 'normal'." (See for
instance the HRI Series '"Insane" "Defined" By Criminal Minds.')
According to Criminal Minds, 'NOT being able to see (Criminal
Minds), is "normal".' Being able to see something (but not see
Criminal Minds) is "para-normal," and (the most vital thing for
you in order to be able to live) being able to see Criminal
Minds, "is abnormal," "is evil."
Yes, Criminal Minds have a REVERSE CONSCIENCE, and they call
that ability - to look through them - "Evil," quite
understandably IF you know about them.

And you not being able to oppose Criminal Minds, is THEIR GOAL,
on Earth - people write endlessly about that, probably half of
the ink and keyboard strokes is devoted to you writing and
reading about that,
but CRIMINAL MINDS PREVENT YOU FROM UNDERSTANDING IT, and from
reading this what I write.
Which is why you have not sent and intend not to send it to
others, and that not for all the "reasons" you are figuring out,
but to hide the actual reason: You are TOO COWARDLY INSANE. (See
also HRI 'Know Your Role On Earth' (KYRE). *(6)
As is shown in the Human Rights Issues and in Fine Particle
Physics, I have had to do almost all work regarding (my and your
personal) security and (global) peace myself. I don't even talk
anymore about 'Amnesia International,' or about 'Human Rights
Botch.'
You find it easier, to Admire and hide the nature of Criminal
Minds, than to defend me and people like me.
Despite all your great promises and vows, about "never again
war," (promises made by you in, or while ending your previous
life time in World War II) despite that, you can not even DEFINE
peace...
not to mention the matter of defining war, which you are wholly
incapable of defining. With the result, that "Anti-war" and
"Peace" demonstrators, are in fact intending destruction and
domination, and support IN ACTUAL FACT, wars starting or
continuing.
Not to mention you letting yourself and your children be
destroyed by medical "science" that DENIES the nature of the
body and of healing itself - and that OPPOSES people regaining
Sanity, and replaces it with Drugs...
Just now, the World Health Organization's Criminal Mind,
Margaret Chan, praises Cuba (Castro) for "caring better for
people than any other nation does."
And some other sociopath of the Medical Trade, demands again
"for our own and the nation's good health," that we must be
Unconscious and let our Life Energy be sapped during at least
seven hours per day,
after which some people feel "refreshed" from NOT HAVING ANYMORE
(but, having pulled away from them during sleep) their
connection Energy,
their Energy for feeling the Pain and Hate and Ugliness and
Unawareness and Drugging Euphoria, that we are made to live in,
on Earth, BY Criminal Minds
- the emanations, the 'atmosphere' or 'climate' caused by 100
million Criminal Minds living (plus those not living but being
in spirit on Earth and emanating their stuff nevertheless) -
"we must let ourselves be subjected, according to medical
'science,' to the nightly re-enforcement of Unawareness of all
that, EACH DAY during seven hours per day minimum," so medical
"science" says,
(which is also known as sleep - sleep being the culmination of
Cowardice and Ugliness itself, and entirely a matter of the soul
and its Energies, because the body itself does not need any
sleep at all, *(3)(4)
nor does the soul need any sleep IF IT WERE IN GOOD ENOUGH
SHAPE, like old lore does still tell us, that Elves do not sleep
at all.
Many humans in good enough spiritual shape, do not need sleep at
all, or only one hour per day, and they are the target of the
licensed medical trade, demanding, that 'they must sleep at some
time, even if forced by their, the medical chemical 'club,' (a
medical, chemical attack on their body by a licensed doctor or
nurse) in order for the person in best condition, to submit, to
bow down and NOT TO CHALLENGE MEDICAL "SCIENCE".' *(4)

If Medical "science" - that is currently wholly dominated by
Criminal Minds - WOULD have their way, then in some future they
will have babies, who do not sleep, DRUGGED "in order to provide
these with the 'necessary' sleep to develop their brain" - you
ALREADY believe those vicious lies -
when actually, as Criminal Minds do want it, it is with the
intention and activity to deprive you, when you are newly born,
to strip away from you your ENERGY for Awareness and for your
Ability to perceive and to sense (them).
And babies are not known to protest...
That is how DANGEROUSLY Insane, how Destructively Insane and
Cowardly YOU are, to not face that at all: "Criminal Minds do
not exist, except in prisons." I don't see Putin in prison at
all, nor Hu Jintao, nor Castro, nor Chavez - do you?
You parrot, in Cowardice: "There are not really Evil people,
certainly not as long as they are in office."
And one step further in the future, they - the licensed medical
'health professionals' - if not stopped, will demand or "provide
the service for your baby" to receive electroshock treatment
PREVENTIVELY, so that 'your most loved ones "will not be
troubled by past life memories".' But it is actually to make
your babies wholly blind spiritually, so that - in the way of
the 'Rael' sect - Criminal Minds can not be recognized at all,
anymore, not from past lives either. *(5)
Just as Criminal Minds really DO want it: People, when re-born
as babies, "are just as good as anyone else" - which is the most
Evil lie that most of you are MADE to believe, and taught in
school even.
"Everyone is both Good and Evil," is a similarly most
Destructive, Insane lie that they have succeeded in making you
accept, and it is opposing all SCIENTIFICALLY available data on
that matter.
If they are NOT opposed by you, Criminal Minds will inflict more
and more insidious and more lasting Evil, on an d on and on,
THEY will not stop.
In the mentioned case of your future, they will then - out of
"best interest for your child" - while it is drugged and
electro-shocked, ALSO inflict "positive suggestions" onto the
baby, like some really effective Neuro Linguistic Programming
during the Drugged torture, "in order to ensure the baby's
adaptation to the society,"
meaning, to install, into babies already, by force of Harmful
Life Energies that must not be disobeyed on pain of instant and
violent sickness, (thus demanding) their "loyalty," feelings and
ideas regarding 'whom they would then feel compelled to adhere
to and to serve, to defend and to vote for - and whom not.'

Being able to investigate and expose them - you can imagine,
that I am not well liked by Criminal Minds,
but they do like to obtain my Life Energy at any cost, and to
keep onto it (one of the reason they desperately want me dead or
being incapacitated, as evidenced even in my current life time,
is that I can then not re-claim my Life Energy that THEY use "as
they own" and to impersonate me, making others feel like they
look at "me").

Criminal Minds will not tell you that they ARE Criminal Minds,
(except for tactical reasons, they might "confess" to what they
believe you know already anyway about them, but for the rest not
even) when you have all the evidence for it in hand.
And they are great actors - some even professional actors
getting highly paid for their mental "ability," as long as they
are intelligent enough to stay "within the rules of life around
them,"
for which it is vital of course for them, that YOUR Stupidity,
your Blindness and Insanity is taught, indoctrinated, inflicted
and maintained in you.

How Insane DID you get, and how Insane can you get? Well, look
at yourself. But theoretically you would not have the Courage
even to do THAT looking - you are too Cowardly.
And so, first your Cowardice has to be addressed - being the
reason that I point YOUR Cowardice out.

Carla Baron, with some capability of seeing Evil precisely, is
arguably one of the most capable people on Earth. And do you
protect her? No, not at all.
I am arguably the most capable and most valued and valuable
person on Earth and beyond, and that since long on Earth. But do
you protect me? No, not at all.
I am just mentioning SOME parts of your too intensely
Destructive Cowardice and your resulting, abject Insanity.

We continue about the electronic circuit and what the signal
means, and how to make use of the signal:
The circuit is designed so, that when your body's resistance
lowers, at your handpalm that is, then the voltage at the
Amplifier input stage, goes up. So the drop in (meaning a
lessening of) resistance, gives a "positive," a sudden increase
in voltage - a surge in the readout - basically reverse
proportional to the drop in resistance.
The signal does mostly consist of sudden, meaning fast or
extremely fast drops in resistance, which translates into
electronics as being above a few Hertz.
Those fast drops can be very small or also very large (seen as
small or large in relation to this kind of circuit at maximum or
minimum amplification or sensitivity), and fast or slow.
And the faster the change is, the more significance it has.
Slow, gradual changes, such as below one Hertz, are disregarded
for our use, because these are lacking in significance for our
main purpose:
You detecting and you guiding yourself, your attention (or
guiding another), through blocking Energies.
Energies that oppose, hinder, distort or misdirect you,
your sensing perception and other abilities of yours and your
finding and connecting back to your own pure Life Energies,
opposing the Harmful Altered Life Energies (HALEPs), that
Criminal Minds produce and that they try to make you also
produce
(such as Drugging Euphoria, Ugliness, Unconsciousness and
Hate-Pain Energies, which are the basic types of Harmful,
Altered Life Energy PARTICLES).

The Human Rights Issues form a 'Blue Peace movement:' referring
to the very intense Diamond-White Sparkling Blue and Indigo and
Bright Green and Golden Orange, Life Energy Particles that I
create and give to you and globally, in abundance.
