Scene 1: Pre-cell phone - Pre-mobile phone
Startupco: This is a golden deer project for wireless communication.
Anyone that has this wireless phone and uses our wireless service
plans can phone out and have calls receive in to them. Thus anyone on
the road and wanting to communicate with anyone can use this. After
infrastructure and customer agreements, it is a high returns
business.
Ubercorp Investor: Startupco, I find your wireless phone handsets and
communication project quite a novelty.
Ubercorp: This golden deer project I want to buy only after I have
investigated.
Scene 2: Wireless Telephony Proposal Evaluation
Startupco: What has your investigation concluded?
Ubercorp: I find that wireless can pose health problems and thus it
is problem investing in it.
Scene 3: Startupco public relations / biased research & Ubercorp's
independent counter-research.
Startupco: People can't do without cellular mobile telephony and all
the research commissioned by us and other wireless groups proves it is
fine. It is proving very profitable.
Ubercorp: Independent study over several years prove that there is
connection between heavy wireless use and incidence of brain cancer.
Thus wireless use causes electrosmog and this must be effectively
controlled if not banned. Thus Ubercorp won't invest.
Scene 4: Ubercorp Investor's Apprehension
Ubercorp Investor : Ubercorp is spending all the time at Startupco.
Interim-Ubercorp can't you go and see what is happening with
Ubercorp? You must go there.
Interim-Ubercorp: Ubercorp is fine however I understand your
apprehension. Alright you please manage while I go and visit Ubercorp
at Startupco.
Scene 5: Buyout
Sudden hostile bid for Ubercorp goes ahead by Global Wireless Telecom
and they buyout Ubercorp's bonds with overall majority control.
Ubercorp and Interim-Ubercorp don't defend against hostile bid and
they also stand to benefit financially.
The End.
Though the author does not believe in fiction story writing, this
story is an experiment in mixing modern fiction story writing and true
non-fiction religious scripture story and thus partly based on Marica
Sita-Rama Laxman and Ravana story part in the Ramayana, a vedic epic,
a true non-fiction story that sees Rama, God as the ruler and His Wife
Sita and His Brother Laxman. Marica and Ravana both being demons,
albeit the latter being the main one, with this story writing
experiment diverging at especially at Scene 5 from the Ramayana basis
as it shows the material non-spiritual world at the end, with Ramyana
Themes as follows, Ubercorp Investor being Mother Sita Theme, Ubercorp
being Rama Theme, Interim-Ubercorp being the Laxman Theme, Starupco
being Marica Theme and Global Wireless Telecom being Ravana Theme.
From a presentation view, having the fiction story intermingled with
non-fiction Ramayana will be very useful at each Scene and having a
voice/text-over at the end to tell the audience about the divergence
in the story from religion basis to a material world basis with how
the story would have been if the Ramayana Theme had been followed.
