I have a number of friends working in retail in different industries
but there seems to be a common theme. Retail shops are changing work
standards weekly to assure that employees will fail in their tasks and
therefore be reprimanded verbally and physically. Employees are being
badgered, harassed and even in some cases set up in an effort to get
them to quit or be fired. Quitting seems to be the preferred
method ,as this accomplishes the goal of reducing work force while not
raising unemployment claims ,thereby avoiding alerting the general
public and potential investors. From Lowe's and Home Depot to Barnes
and Noble and Walmart this seems to be going on. Also, retailers are
building vast HRIS databases in which millions of retail workers are
being character assassinated.

Reprimanded PHYSICALLY?

We eagerly await some proof of this, beyond your "I hate 'the man'"
posts.
