The new book by Walter E. R. Cassani which is titled:
<Albert was doubly right-God cannot play dice>
provides theoretical evidence and logical explanations of what is
apparently been observed, a finding which is entirely explained as an
illusion theory.

This book presents a new wave theory that discovers a deterministic
explanation of the emissions of energy in the atom and provides a
derivation of causal up to now "mysterious"
Fine structure constant, finally deduced as an integer "137".
An inevitable, harmless and small modification of General Relativity
conclusive paper is to unite the world of quantum phenomena, the dream
long pursued by Einstein in the last thirty years of his life.
The new unified theory gives us a complete understanding of quantum
gravity, in terms of waves. Replacement of the basic hypothesis of the
continuity of space-time, with the hypothesis of the existence of a
space-time discrete and discontinuous, reveals the possibility to
understand the nature of the wave-field that until now we called,
masses and radiation.
Wave solution of the problem of the Singularity self-energy allows the
construction of a model of the electron structured as a wave. The new
model explains the structure of elementary particles in the deep and
discovers new laws in terms of the new Field Wave Theory and contains
within itself the physical reasons for a complete "deterministic"
justification of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
With the extension of the new laws we discover the inevitable wave
existence of a Fifth antigravity force, provided the new theory since
1984, which was "now" considered responsible for the recession of
galaxies, after observing the accelerated expansion of the Universe.
The recent observation of 28 stars, apparently in orbit around the
void in the center of the Galaxy, yet interpreted as evidence of a big
black hole, proves the contrary, to the light of the new theory, the
impossibility of the existence of the black hole and the actual
texture of the Fifth Force Antigravity.
