Because he claimed to know what were my real posts and emails etc. and
which were not. I already stated I am not concerned with his lying in
his writing (that is a defamation and libel case issue), only my
copyrights. Evidently, he was lying even about that. So he has been
defaming me and trying to oppress my work and book and affect my
income negatively forr years without knowing if he even had accurate
information.
So now I have two charges... uuum, make that three, I forgot about
Covad's lawbreaking, failure to respond and fraud.
