When adding full wave length radiators and a time varying field to a
static field to make it dynamic it becomes the same as Maxwell's
equations for
radiation.
One can deduce the following from this observation:
A radiator can be any shape, size or elevation while in
equilibrium to conform with Maxwell's equations on radiation.
Radiation is created by particles per Maxwell and Gauss, not
waves!
A static field intersected by a magnetic field sans displacement
current,
is what Einstein was looking for (weak force) with respect to
radiation.
